Better Arena Footing. Less Dust. Nearly Two Decades of Trust.
For Jeff and Penny Campbell of Bend, Oregon, horses are about much more than riding.
Through their nonprofit organization, StirrUp Purpose, the Campbells provide equine experiences for children and adults with disabilities, veterans, and first responders. Creating a comfortable, dependable riding environment is an important part of their mission. For nearly 20 years, ArenaKleen® has been part of that environment.
A Relationship That Began in 2007
Jeff and Penny first began using ArenaKleen in their original riding arena in 2007. Over the years, they continued purchasing the product and recommending it to other arena owners throughout Central Oregon.
When they opened a new arena, however, they faced a familiar challenge: excessive dust and difficult footing conditions. Watering provided only temporary relief during the summer, often requiring repeated applications to keep dust under control. They turned once again to ArenaKleen.
More Than Dust Control
According to the Campbells, ArenaKleen has made a substantial difference in their new arena. Beyond controlling airborne dust, the product has helped create a more consistent riding surface. Their coarse sand footing now has a firm, stable feel without becoming overly compacted.
For an organization serving riders with a wide range of abilities and needs, dependable footing and reduced dust are important benefits. The improvements have helped Jeff and Penny provide the kind of riding environment they envisioned for the people and horses at StirrUp Purpose.
Nearly 20 Years of Customer Confidence
The Campbells’ experience extends well beyond a single application or riding season. Since becoming ArenaKleen customers in 2007, they have continued using the product and recommending it to other equestrian facilities in their region.
As Jeff Campbell explains:
“And we are ArenaKleen’s biggest advocates here in Central Oregon since, as I indicated earlier, we have been customers with our original arena since 2007.”
